Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes, with eventual placement as a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students.
