Job Summary
Houseparents – Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine-on/three-off scheduling to a placed houseparent in the same student home. The role requires a legally married two-person team (couple) with at least two years of marriage, both spouses age 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to drive student vans, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; salary is $46,917 per person (approx. $180,000 total per couple with benefits) plus comprehensive benefits. Required Qualifications

- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
