Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School are a two-person, married-couple role residing on-campus in Hershey, PA. They supervise and mentor a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions, and accompany students to Sunday Chapel. The position transitions from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 with total couple compensation about $168,000, relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include youth experience, high school diploma or GED, two years of married status, age 27+, ability to lift 50 lbs, valid U.S. driver’s license and driving-certification ability, comfort leading devotions and Chapel services, and adherence to a smoke-free/weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
