Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person Full-Time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School: married couples reside on-campus in student homes with 8–13 students, providing supervision, care, and guidance; responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off duty cycle and eventual placement in a fixed houseparent role. Benefits include salary per person around $44,768 plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Required: high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being married for at least two years, age 27+, and willingness to work in a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
