Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents living on Milton Hershey School campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, student routine management, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Start with a nine-on, three-off schedule, transitioning to a placed houseparent living arrangement with same student group. Comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance are provided; salary per person listed with total compensation for couples.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must complete individual employment applications
- Legally married for at least two years (two-person role)
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
