Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on/three-off cycle before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; compensation is $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple when including housing and meals).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
Additional Requirements
- Two-person role for legally married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Must reside together in student home per schedule
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; role models for students
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
