Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel attendance, oversee budgeting, and report on household operations. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27+. Relocation to Hershey, PA is included in the role at Milton Hershey School.

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
