Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are needed to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents on a Milton Hershey School campus. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students, fostering academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins on a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, with progression to a Placed Houseparent living/working with the same student group. A high school diploma or GED is required, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old. A valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to become certified to drive student vans are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a two-person, on-campus position with a strong emphasis on faith-based, Judeo-Christian chaplain services on campus."
