Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time, on-campus) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person married-couple role providing care, supervision, and development support to groups of 8–13 students in student homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Initial schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Requires on-campus residence, relocation, and compliance with campus life rules; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and have a high school diploma or GED. Compensation per person is $44,768 annually plus comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance.
