Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; progression to Placed Houseparent involves living and working with the same student home.
