Job Summary
Two-person, married couple required to live on-campus as Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, supervising 8–13 students, providing mentorship, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and conducting daily devotions and chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting; schedule comprises nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
