Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School, residing on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in a single home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, care and supervision of medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a fixed placed houseparent assignment with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA; couples must apply individually and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27 or older. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license

- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
- Proven experience with youth or volunteer work in youth settings
