Two-person, married-couple role for Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, and development support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-on/three-off schedule toward a steady Placed Houseparent assignment.
