Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple)—Full-time on-campus live-in role serving 8–13 students in a Milton Hershey School student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, scheduling, transportation to activities, planning developmental/recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel, budgeting, and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group. Salary per person is $44,768 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires two-year married couple, both spouses age 27+, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.
