Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of a group of roughly 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities and planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Schedule initially involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Benefits include salary per person and comprehensive benefits; relocation assistance and paid training are provided. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, age 27 or older for both spouses, and a strong commitment to a smoke-, alcohol-, and weapon-free campus, with limitations on dependents and pet policy. Employment is a two-person role for legally married couples, and both spouses must complete individual applications.
