Job Summary
Two-person married couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents residing on-campus to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-days-on/twelve-off cycle transitioning to a placed houseparent role; includes relocation to Hershey, PA and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
