Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for married couples at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students in on-campus homes, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on/three days off to a placed houseparent within the same student home. Requires two-person, on-campus living arrangement, relocation to Hershey, PA, and compliance with a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED.
