Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, supervision, and guidance for groups of approximately 8–13 students, and engage in activities that support academic, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students in their own home. Qualifications include experience with youth, being part of a two-person married couple (both spouses must be employed), age 27+, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED; willingness to participate in religious services as required.
