Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Married couples reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) and provide daily supervision, mentorship, and support, including administering medications, managing household routines, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and budgeting/household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year marriage
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
