Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents: married couple residing on campus in an on-site student home, supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits available.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year-marriage minimum
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Proven integrity and professionalism

- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Pet limitations: only fish and one dog of approved breeds allowed
