Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for Milton Hershey School (MHS): a two-person, married-couple, full-time role living in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine-on/three-off scheduling toward a Placed Houseparent model. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA for initial placement with eventual duties on campus, a high school diploma or GED, and both spouses being legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old, with a valid U.S. driver’s license and the ability to drive student vans. This is a two-person, on-campus position that includes housing and meals during duty periods.
