Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed for full-time Flex Houseparent roles at Milton Hershey School; on-campus residential care for groups of 8–13 students, with duties including supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading devotions, Chapel visits, budgeting, and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent in the same student home. Relocation to Hershey, PA supported; includes comprehensive benefits and paid relocation/training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-spouse, married couples for the role
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to living on campus with students
