Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for married couples living on-campus in Edwardsville, IL. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a Flex Houseparent to a Placed Houseparent role. Nine days on duty followed by three days off, with relocation assistance provided. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
