Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, reside on-campus to supervise and guide 8–13 students, provide daily supervision, medications, transportation to activities, and lead daily devotions; manage household routines, budgeting, and reporting; participate in a nine-consecutive-days-on, three-days-off cycle with a path to Placed Houseparent living in the same student home; relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive insurance and paid time off; both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse, two-year marriage requirement
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
