Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on on-campus student homes in Highland, NY, providing care, supervision, and mentorship for approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and coordinating daily routines. Role begins with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule and transitions to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
