Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including supervising daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The role begins with a nine-on / three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students in their own home. Candidates must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, have a high school diploma or GED, hold a valid US driver’s license, and be able to lift 50 lbs; the campus enforces a smoke-free, weapon-free environment with no alcohol during duty.
