Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside on campus in student homes to supervise and guide 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition to a placed Houseparent with same students. Requires relocation to Hershey, PA, relocation assistance provided, and completion of individual applications by both spouses. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol permitted while on duty
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
