Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) at Milton Hershey School live on campus and oversee a group of approximately 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel attendance, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role initially supports various homes on a nine-on, three-off schedule, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role.
