Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flex to placed houseparent. Requires a two-person, married couple arrangement with both spouses aged 27+, a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
