Job Summary
Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise, mentor, and support 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, and transition from nine days on / three days off to a steady placement with the same student group. Responsibilities emphasize supervision, mentorship, activity planning, spiritual guidance within a Judeo-Christian context, and operational household management. Qualifications require a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and being legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older. Required Qualifications
