Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents live on an on-campus student home in Hershey, PA (relocation) to provide care, supervision, and mentorship for a group of approximately 8–13 students, including administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting, and reporting. The role transitions from initial nine-days-on/three-days-off duty to a Placed Houseparent assignment living with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a legally married couple committed to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs

- Experience working or volunteering with youth
