Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed houseparent role with the same student group. Prolonged commitment to function within a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
