Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: married couples residing on-campus in student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students, with duties including daily supervision, driving to activities, planning recreational and developmental activities, leading devotions, budgeting, and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role. Salary per person is $46,917 with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and two-person married couple eligibility (both spouses 27+).
