Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (two-person, married couple) living on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage daily routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel visits, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Initially nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a fixed student-home placement. Requires on-campus residence, relocation to Hershey, PA, and full-time commitment; benefits include generous compensation per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrate integrity and professionalism; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be at least 27 years old.
