Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents living on campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students in on-site homes. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a stable home for the students. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses 27+, with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to the assigned on-campus home (initially in the Louisville, GA area as noted).
