Job Summary
Couples serve as Flex Houseparents providing care, supervision, and guidance to groups of 8–13 students; duties include supervising, scheduling, administering medications, transporting students to activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting; schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living with the same group of students; relocation assistance and paid training provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- willingness to relocate and work in student homes
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
