Job Summary
Two-person, Full-Time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in Midway, GA to provide supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with a transition to a Placed Houseparent when appropriate. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. This position requires a legally married two-spouse team, both aged 27 or older, with a high school diploma or GED, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; candidates must complete individual applications.
