Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA, living in on-campus student homes to supervise 8–13 students, provide mentorship, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and participate in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting; initially covering multiple homes with a nine-on, three-off schedule, then transitioning to a placed houseparent in a single student home; requires on-campus residency, married couples (both spouses) for at least two years, and a high school diploma or GED; includes relocation assistance and paid training, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two years married
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- On-campus residence for a two-person couple role
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Relocation assistance and paid training provided
