Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-Time Flex Houseparents at a residential student-home setting. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring ~8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning into a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group.
