Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents for two legally married spouses (two-person role) reside on Milton Hershey School campus in a full-time capacity, initially supporting multiple student homes with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitioning to a consistent student-home placement. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and leading daily devotions and chapel attendance. The role also involves budgeting and household reporting, with comprehensive benefits and relocation assistance provided. The position requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration.
