Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School reside in on-campus student homes to provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a placed Houseparent role with the same student group. The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; both spouses must complete individual applications for consideration. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided.
