Job Summary
Houseparents, Full-Time Flex Houseparents sought at Milton Hershey School. A two-person married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of about 8–13 students; duties include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible placements to a fixed student home. Role follows a nine-on, three-off schedule with relocation to Hershey, PA; includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and be 27 or older; both spouses must complete individual applications.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth

- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
