Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School provide daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to a group of approximately 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role while living with the same student group. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a legally married couple for at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to obtain certification to drive student vans. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, commit to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty, and have experience working with youth. Relocation assistance is provided. This position is located in Hershey, PA at Milton Hershey School, with a salary of $44,768 per person (approx. $168,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits and housing.
