Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-Time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus in Hershey, PA to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition into a Placed Houseparent role in the same student home. Benefits include a salary of $44,768 per person (approximately $168,000 total per couple with housing/meals/utilities), comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training.
