Job Summary
Houseparents (Full-Time) for married couples to live in on-campus student homes, providing care and guidance to 8–13 students, including supervision, medication administration, transportation, and planning development activities. Responsibilities include daily routines, devotions, budgeting, reporting, and transitioning from a flex role to a placed houseparent living with the same student group. Must be a legally married two-person team, with both spouses aged 27+, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; relocation assistance and paid training provided. This role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development on a campus with strict safety and lifestyle requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel services
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
