Job Summary
Houseparents provide daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to a colocated, stable placement with the same student group. This is a two-person, married-couple role with relocation to Hershey, PA, currently centered at an on-campus residence in Hershey; benefits include salary per person, housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration.
