Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents (Full-Time) for Milton Hershey School: a two-person, married-couple role residing on campus to supervise and support 8–13 students in a home setting. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, coordinating student schedules, budgeting and household reporting, driving students to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
