Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for married couples residing on campus to care for 8–13 students in an on-site home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; includes relocation to Hershey, PA, with on-campus housing and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Couples must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
