Houseparents, Full-Time - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person, married couple) reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, provide daily care and guidance, manage routines and medications, drive students to activities, and lead devotions and Chapel. They oversee budgeting and household reporting, participate in activities with students, and progress from a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule toward a placed houseparent assignment with a consistent student-home group. Relocation assistance and paid training are provided; benefits include comprehensive health insurance and paid time off. Required: high school diploma or GED, legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and experience working with youth.
