Job Summary
Houseparents (two-person, married couple) needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include overseeing routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from Flex to Placed Houseparent. Requires living on campus with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule, relocation to Hershey, PA, and eligibility to work as a two-spouse team; benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
